Edie Road Studio is not responsible for any loss of data including but not limited to Fire, Theft, Sabotage, Mechanical Failure of any kind, acts of terror, floods, dropage, electrical storms, earthquakes, building collapse, anything falling, tornadoes, riots, nuclear fallout, spillage, computer virus, smoke damage, and any form of negligence by staff, guests or clients.

 Although Edie Road Studio rarely erases any sessions from the hard drives, WE ARE NOT A DATA STORAGE FACILITY. It is the sole responsibility of the client to purchase a secondary hard drive for the purpose of backing up (at regular intervals) and storing thier projects. Please be advised that data recovery is an extremely expensive and timely process that you (the client) do not want to go through. Any projects that need to be recorded due to any of the reasons stated above will be billed at normal studio rate.
